15 Weeks

Winnie is 15 weeks old, weighing 13 lbs, 12 ounces and 25 inches long. She can now grab her foot and lift it in the air - it's adorable! She is very busy looking around and seeing what's happening in this world. She loves playing on the floor, looking in the mirror, and snuggling during nap time.


Clothes: Getting closer to being out of her 0-3 month clothes and into just 3 month sizes!!

Favorite words [mom & dad say]: Good Morning, Hi, and the ABC's


Our biggest challenge these days: Sleeping... or rather, not sleeping. ;)

Milestones: Playing with her toys by her self. Grabbing her Sophie and putting it in her mouth by her self. And rolling over a lot!

Signature Moves: Lifting her head & upper body up during tummy time, rolling over, throwing her legs with excitement while playing with her toys, and grabbing her right foot.

Happy last weekend of September! Can you believe October is here? Fall decorating has slowly begun. :)

14 weeks

Winnie is 14 weeks old [this past Monday]. It's amazing how much she is growing. She is around 14 lbs and getting heavier. ;) Winnie rolls over all the time, sucks her fists, drools like crazy, and is such a happy baby. She is very attentive and curious about everything around her. She isn't sleeping through the night yet, but hopefully soon. Until then, I am trying to continue to enjoy those late night/early morning feedings... they will be gone before I know it. 

Winnie got to visit with her Great Nana Winnie, Great Da and meet her Great Aunt Bette this past weekend. I love it when they get to see her.

Taylor's Surprise Beer Tasting Birthday Party!

Today is Taylor's birthday--

HAPPY BIRTHDAY LOVE!!!!

This past weekend to celebrate I threw him a surprise beer tasting party. He was surprised!!!!!! We had a fun time with some of his closest friends and family. I am so happy I was able to pull this off without him knowing. And he had such a great time. :) HUGE THANK YOU to all who helped with everything involved. I couldn't have done it without you.

3 months old

Turning 3 months came with many milestones. Where has the time gone? Seriously. It's flying by and sometimes I miss my tiny newborn, but I have to say, I am loving my ever-so-attentive little girl! This is such a fun age!!

Over the last week Winnie started rolling over(!), daddy did bath time with her all by himself, her gums are a lot harder and drool is becoming her thing... teeth are on the way. Her cousin Josh moved in and they are having fun together, and so are their mommies! ;) Winnie is officially out of her bassinet and sleeping through the night. She slept for 8 hours one night and 9 the next! I was actually more tired the next day-- what? She also started belly laughing at us this week. Once while I was giving her a bath and told her I was going to get her piggies while tickling her feet and she belly laughed out loud! It was the.best.ever. Then again after I did my hair and walked by a fan she started laughing. I guess my hair flying in the wind looked funny to her. :) She has become more content while laying on the floor and playing with her toys too, and she is more and more vocal each day. Oh and guess what?... We're starting to see a little strawberry red in her hair and it's adorable!!!!
